A firefighter was hurt while fighting a house fire Jan. 14, 2009.
Kernersville NC Fire Chief Walt Summerville said the firefighter suffered back and shoulder injuries when a portion of a house collapsed on him when an explosion occurred.
The firefighter was treated at and later released from Forsyth Medical Center.
This video is not the normal back draft that I has seen, you will notice that there is visible flames showing which should indicate the fire is vented and not starving for oxygen, just goes to show the fire will not react the way it is supposed to.
