Updated Fire Safe For Children site

      Kids Fire Safety

Every winter, Americans see an increase in residential fires, as families heat their homes and struggle to stay warm during the winter months. These fires pose serious threats to the health and safety of all members of a family – but put children age 4 and younger at an elevated risk of death or injury in a fire when compared to older children.

      Powderhouse Productions project.

Television Opportunity for Volunteer Firefighters and Volunteer Fire Departments

      2/10/11 - For Immediate Release

The Minnesota State Volunteer Firefighters Association (MSVFA) has been contacted by Powderhouse Productions to help them contact interested volunteers in their project.

      http://msvfa.org/NewsbrEvents/NewsBlog/tabid/70/PostID/8/Television-Opportunity-for-Volunteer-Firefighters-and-Fire-Departments.aspx

Powderhouse Productions is developing a new show idea about volunteer firefighters and they'd love to hear from you!  We're looking to meet some amazing volunteers with great stories.  We're asking for volunteer firefighters and their departments to submit video.

Don't worry about editing - we have an editing team that can put together a final piece.  What we'd love to see from you is you introducing yourself and your job (both day job and the work you do as a volunteer); meeting some of the people you work with; interesting, amazing stories of some of your past calls; any news clips from past calls.  What works for this type of video is you all interacting with each other, so try to avoid just a static shot of you talking to the camera and get more of you talking with other people.  You could perhaps take us on a tour of the firehouse, or out where one of your most crazy calls took place - anything you think would be interesting that we should know about you.

Interesting outside activities and hobbies are great to show, too.

Like I said, we can edit, so send us a few of these ideas so we can get to know YOU.
The best way to submit video is to upload what you have on either youtube.com or vimeo.com and then send me the link - we can pull it off from there.  Email the link to arosenberg@powderhouse.net.
We are very excited and are looking to start this project ASAP.  I know it's a lot, but it would be great if you could please send me footage as soon as you can - within the next week would be most ideal. Also, if you know of anyone else you think might be good, spread the word.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
      Thank you!

You be the Judge–Lot of Snippets here

The question still remains, why does the main stream media not cover this? Older video from You Tube from May 2010. Long, but worth watching to the end.

From the site: The video starts out with some content from obamasnippets.com, which, of course is contrived. And yet, there seems to be a synthetic truth about what the president says. Is he "natural born" according to the Constitution? No. The requirement is that BOTH parents need to be U. S. Citizens. Two U. S. Citizen parents produce a "natural born" citizen. It's likely that Mr. Obama was REGISTERED in Hawaii, therefore he has a COLB from Hawaii. The truth may well be he was born in Kenya; that is where we believe his "long-form" birth certificate was issued. Nevertheless, "natural born" indicates, and speaks to the fact that BOTH parents have to be U. S. Citizens. His father WAS NEVER a U. S. Citizen, therefore, Barack Hussein Obama is NOT a "natural born" Citizen of the United States, thus he is in violation of Amendment 14, and Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution.

      Another Email Pass on

Rather that send out or forward this email I received, I am posting it here. Nice explanation of the stimulus plan.

Subject: How does a Stimulus Plan work?

      The Stimulus Plan
Three contractors are bidding to fix a broken fence at the White House.
One is from Chicago , another is from Tennessee , and the third is from Minnesota .
All three go with a White House official to examine the fence.
The Minnesota contractor takes out a tape measure and does some measuring, then
works some figures with a pencil. "Well," he says, "I figure the job will run about $900:
$400 for materials, $400 for my crew and $100 profit for me."
The Tennessee contractor also does some measuring and figuring, then says,
"I can do this job for $700: $300 for materials, $300 for my crew and $100 profit for me."
The Chicago contractor doesn't measure or figure, but leans over to the White House
      official and whispers, "$2,700."
The official, incredulous, says, "You didn't even measure like the other guys!
How did you come up with such a high figure?"
The Chicago contractor whispers back, "$1000 for me, $1000 for you, and we hire the
guy from Tennessee to fix the fence."
      "Done!" replies the government official.
And that, my friends, is how the stimulus plan works.
